Leavers Assembly

Friday 21st July

This morning parents and grandparents were invited to join us for the Year 6 Leavers Assembly.

As always it was a moving occasion.  The 17 Year 6 children put on a sketch, and spoke of their most memorable moments during their time at Kilsby Primary.  We even had a glimpse of some of their baby and toddler photos, and also some photos of them when they started in Reception and on through their years at Kilsby.

The KSA bought them all a leaving gift of a special hoody with their name and the year 2017 on the back, they all put them on and looked great!

We also said 'Goodbye' to Miss Begum our student teacher who has been working with Mrs Newton in Maple class, with the Year 5's and 6's during the last year.  She starts her new job in a school in Northampton in September, and we wish her good luck and all the very best.

We wish all the Year 6's every happiness and success in their new secondary schools and their futures.  We will miss them all!
