On Thursday 19th December a group of children from Rowan and Maple class visited the residents of Stephenson's Court to sing carols together. The residents really enjoy this annual event, it always makes everyone feel very Christmassy!
Then in the afternoon the children visited Kilsby House where again they sang carols with the elderly residents there. Also, the children had made individual Christmas cards for the people at Kilsby House, who were absolutely delighted to receive a personal, handmade card each.
The children were given some refreshments after the carols and chatted with the residents before it was time to return to school to continue with their lessons.
