Today we were sad to say 'Goodbye' to our 13 wonderful Year 6 children.
This morning their parents were invited to our Leaver's assembly which took place outside in the sunshine.
The children performed their own sketches and afterwards we went into the school to watch a video showing their 'Memories' at Kilsby School with photos of them taking part in various activities throughout their primary school life, from the age of 4 to the present day.
Later on this afternoon, the Year 6 children are looking forward to enjoying a water fight on the school field, with water pistols and sponges, what a perfect thing to do on such a hot day!
We wish them all good luck, success and happiness in their futures and in starting their new secondary schools in September. We are sure they will all continue to flourish and excel in all they do throughout life. We shall miss them all.
Finally, we would like to wish everyone an enjoyable and relaxing summer break, see you in September!
