Cherry Class

Cherry class had another fantastic week last week. They all worked so hard in English using adjectives in their writing and remembering to include capital letters and full stops. In Maths, they looked at fractions and worked hard on identifying halves and quarters.

There was great excitement when they got to see a real wasps nest!  The children had a lot of questions about it and as a class we did some research and found some information out about wasps and their nests. Although they didn't touch the nest the children enjoyed looking at it.

The children also enjoyed visiting the school library and choosing a book for pleasure to share at home.
