Stone Age Day in Hazel Class

On Tuesday 21st November, the Year 3 children in Hazel class enjoyed a Stone Age day in their classroom with a special Stone Age visitor called 'Unck'. They looked at the timeline from the Stone Age to modern day and explored Stone Age to Iron Age clothing.

They had a go a mammoth hunting, cave painting and also Oliver gave the class a demonstration on how Neolithic people would fish using nets.

They were fascinated by the different tools they used to use, and especially the  Bronze Age sword!
