Cherry class had a fabulous day yesterday learning about the Hindu festival Raksha Bandhan.
During the morning, as with tradition, the girls made Rakhi bracelets, to offer the boys protection and the boys made cards to thank the girls.
We were very lucky to have Mrs Pandhal in to paint Mehndi on our hands and we exchanged gifts and blessings.
