Last Thursday we were very fortunate to have a visit from the GBR athlete, Marni Levena!
He spent the whole day in school talking to the all the children, and taking part in various different activities with them. He held and assembly for the whole school, talking about what he does, what he's achieved in his career so far and what his aspirations are for his future...he was so enthusiastic and inspirational, and only 17 years old!
The children really enjoyed his visit, many sounding enthused and motivated to follow their own dreams. They asked some brilliant questions during the assembly and then were challenged to complete a circuit of star jumps, push ups, mountain climbers and sporty dogs.
