Today, the Year 3 children have learnt some new scientific vocabulary - opaque, transparent and translucent. Also they have thought about how shadows are created and made their very own shadow puppets!
They predicted what would happen to the shadows if a light source got closer to them, further away or moved. Then used torches to test their predictions.
