Today we went to St Faith's Church in Kilsby and celebrated a Harvest Festival with a lovely service in which all classes participated with artwork and poems. After the service refreshments were served back at school.
The children brought some beautifully decorated harvest boxes into school which were distributed to the elderly people in the village this afternoon. It is something we do every year and the recipients really appreciate the gifts and contact with the school.
